Trigger Question #30:
Did you know that dreaming big dreams triggers big fears? Of course you do. That’s why so few of us live out our big dreams. (If your dreams don’t trigger big fears, then dream bigger.)
Don’t let your fears stop you from living your dream. There is a straightforward way to overcome these dream fears. Have divine dreams.
To divine means to discover through inspiration. Inspiration is a sudden, brilliant, original idea. Yet, inspiration is also the act of breathing in.
What happens when you are afraid? You hold your breath. Well, don’t. You cannot be inspired if you’re afraid to inspire.
So how do you have divine dreams that will help you overcome dream fears? Breathe deeply.
Most of the time, we breathe on autopilot. We notice our breathing only when it stops. Don’t do the same to your dreams. Don’t notice your dreams only once you’ve stopped dreaming them.
Be aware of your dreams. Don’t dream on autopilot. Give them breath.
Inspire to be inspired.
